By Michael Webster
The founder of TheraVitae Don Margolis says “the purpose of TheraVitae is to save and improve the lives of as many patients as possible now”. Don is enterprising and dedicated to helping scores of ill patients. In 2003, he was told by Wall Street that he would need $100 million and 7 to 10 years to get his revolutionary stem cell product to market. At the age of 69, he said, “I didn’t know if I had 7 to 10 productive years left and certainly couldn’t raise $100,000,000. Three million was my limit”.
But his young management team had the solution. Avoid the senseless religious/scientific slugfest in the USA, where lying to sick people by both sides is still the norm (to this very day!), and more importantly, avoid the death-dealing laws condemning heart patients to the grave rather than to adult stem cells and a better life. TheraVitae opened in a country where they do not call cells coming from your own body “drugs” and rather than 7-10 years, the company started slowly treating heart patients in 2005, just fifteen months after hiring its first cardiologist.
Thailand was the perfect choice. Medical facilities as good as or better than the USA (according to 80% of their patients); doctors more caring (according to 90% of their patients); nurses more responsive and far more available (according to 100% of their patients), and costs are less than half those charged by hospitals and doctors in America.
What this tiny company has done is prove THAT IT CAN BE DONE! Profiteers who would rather you die are outraged at their success and lie at every turn to convince doctors that what TheraVitae does, does not work. But the truth is that end-stage, no-option heart patients DON’T have to die. After turning around the lives of well over 100 people, many of their own cardiologists are now willing to tell the truth. And TheraVitae accounts for only about 10% of the world’s heart patient’s improvement using their own cells. But you would never know that from reading the American medical press now controlled by embryonic profiteers.
According to Don “75 of our first 100 American and Australian patients said “No, not ME doctor; tell the next guy to go to a hospice!” and came to Thailand and got lucky”. Yes, three out of four get better, while the less fortunate one-fourth suffer no-gain, no-harm, and no foul. Almost half of those 75 have given up their right to medical privacy so that they can help you as they were helped before you!
The choice for end-stage heart patients is not easy, but it is clear. Ask yourself if you are getting any better or are you not getting any better. When your cardiologist says there is nothing more he can do for you, your choice is to
Don states that “You don’t have to take my word for it. We have about thirty English-speaking unpaid Patient Volunteers who want to “give something back” by explaining to you what they know worked for them”.
TheraVitae’s cooperating hospitals in Asia have treated over 200 patients now. About 100 Americans are at least four months past their treatment. 75 of them have reported significant improvements in their heart symptoms, especially higher energy levels and better breathing both at night and after exertion. One third of them have become "Patient Volunteers." These volunteers were once like you. They weren't getting any better with standard treatments and were "wondering if this company in Bangkok is for real." Meet them now and decide which ones YOU would like to ask your questions to. After all, they are giving up their right to medical privacy and giving of their own time to help you; all without any reward other than the fine feeling of "giving something back."
Please choose the patient volunteer(s) you would like to contact and write them a short email introducing yourself. Be sure to include your phone number, because they WANT to talk to you! The email address is patientvolunteers@theravitae.com Just one email with up to three name selections is all that is necessary. TheraVitae do the rest.
